Focus on balance, change of directions, & being as efficient as possible. 

Short working segments followed by full recovery.

20 repetitions of 15-20 yard passes inside of the foot.

20 repetitions of 30-40 yard driven balls on the ground.

20 repetitions of 30-40 yard driven balls switching the ball by passing of the rebound wall & hitting a target.

 20 repetitions of 40 yard driven balls in the air that would get over someone’s head then land on someone’s foot.

 

20 repetitions of 30-40 yard driven balls switching the ball by passing of the rebound wall & hitting a target.

 

20 Repetitions of goal kicks target a specific spot in a wide area.
